Saurabh Kapadia joined Corre in early 2010. He has nearly three decades of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Corre, Saurabh served as a Managing Director in Bank of America’s Merger and Acquisitions Group focused on the General Industrials space. Saurabh’s career has focused on leading sell-side, buy-side and leveraged buyout transactions for public and private companies across a number of sectors including chemicals, capital goods, metals, and aerospace and defense. As a senior M&A banker, Saurabh developed significant industry expertise, transaction experience and a strong contact network that provide a unique perspective both in evaluating potential investment opportunities and in negotiating custom capital market solutions for existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Bank of America, Saurabh worked in Morgan Stanley’s Mergers and Acquisitions department where he focused on the energy, health care and consumer sectors. Saurabh started his career as a Financial Analyst with Kidder, Peabody in the Building Products Group before later joining Cowen & Company’s Healthcare Group in 1995. Saurabh currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dayton Superior and as a Board Observer for Boart Longyear and Jason Industries. Saurabh holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.
